Minor's Mushroom Base is a premium concentrated paste made from fresh mushrooms sautéed in butter for a full, well rounded flavor. Minor's Mushroom Base enhances scratch stocks for soups, sauces and gravies. Mix into omelets, rice pilaf or pasta primavera. Stir into beef burgundy, mushroom crepes, stroganoff or stuffing. Makes a delightful cream of mushroom soup, mushroom bisque or tuna noodle casserole. Just add base to boiling water and stir for an instant fully-seasoned mushroom stock or broth. Recipes Included.
