A light beige paste with flecks of clam meat as first ingredient; provides a light, rich, sweet clam flavor used for various clam chowders, soups and sauces.  An excellent alternative to canned clam juice. Mix with unsalted butter and melt over grilled seafood, chicken or steaks. No MSG added*
