Minor's Chicken Base makes an instant, fully seasoned stock or broth for soups, sauces and gravies. Great as a rub. Also enhances scratch stocks and makes a terrific seasoning for all kinds of entrees and side dishes—sauté vegetables to bring out their sweetness or mix into mash potatoes for sinfully delicious flavor without the fat. Just omit salt and add Minor's Chicken Base. We will include some chicken base recipes in your order. Each pound of base will make 5 gallons of fully flavored stock.

Minor's Beef Base with no added MSG is made from freshly roasted, USDA inspected lean beef, with natural juices. Minor's Beef Base makes a fully seasoned beef stock or broth for unlimited use in soups, stews, sauces and gravies. Enhance the flavor and juiciness of roasts, steaks or chops by rubbing them with Minor's Beef base before cooking. Recipes included. Each container yields 5 gallons of fully flavored beef stock.
