First you taste the flavor followed by the experience of the mild heat a few seconds later which makes your lips and tongue start to tingle, and then it all dissipates. Then you are ready to begin the cycle again. Baste on the last few minutes to form a glaze or pour on just before serving. It also makes a great dipping sauce!
