A rich brown paste base made with real ham, natural juices, and flavors. RC Ham Base is USDA inspected with ham as the first ingredient. It contains no gluten, big 9 allergens, or added monosodium glutamate (MSG). Prepared, this base has the delicate smoky flavor and aroma characteristic of ham stock, while still satisfying the requirements of a low or reduced sodium diet. Gluten-free. Made in the USA.

Ingredients: Ground ham (pork, water, dextrose, salt, corn syrup solids, sodium phosphates, dried vinegar, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), food starch – modified, chicken fat, salt, sugar, onion powder, potato flour, hydrolyzed corn protein, rendered bacon fat with natural flavor, yeast extract, maltodextrin, caramel color, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, natural flavors, and garlic powder.
