Minors Clam Base is the perfect start for Manhattan or New England Chowder or Linguine with Clam Sauce. You can extend the flavor in red or white clam sauce by adding a little Minors Clam Base. Its delicious in seafood stuffing, dips, spreads and seafood salads.
