A highly concentrated liquid base made with chicken stock and natural flavorings. Chef's Ingredient Chicken Consommé Prep dissolves instantly. Prepared, the product creates a clear, golden consommé with the rich flavor and aroma characteristic of chicken broth.

Use as an instant seasoning or wherever a clear consommé with no cloudiness or sediment is desired. Product is instantly soluble. Dissolve in water to create a clear consommé or soup stock. Use to season soups, stocks, sauces, gravies, rice or vegetables. Season roasts and pan juices.
