A highly concentrated liquid base made with beef extract and natural flavorings. Chef's Ingredient Liquid Beef Consommé Prep dissolves instantly. Prepared, the product creates a clear, brown consommé with the rich flavor and aroma characteristic of beef broth. This product is also available with added MSG.

Use as an instant seasoning or wherever a clear consommé with no cloudiness or sediment is desired. Product is instantly soluble. Dissolve in water to create a clear consommé or soup stock. Use to season soups, stocks, sauces, gravies, rice or vegetables. Season roasts and pan juices.
